Aydın Adnan Menderes University took its place at the “Erasmus Days 2025” event, organized in collaboration with the Aydın Governorship, Aydın Provincial Directorate of National Education, Aydın Metropolitan Municipality, and local schools in Aydın. Representing our university at the event were Inst. Dr. Eda Yapıcı, Director of the International Office; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Özen Ünal, Project and R&D Coordinator; and the staff members of both coordination offices.
Following the opening speeches and performances, Aydın Provincial Director of National Education Mehmet Yiğit and accompanying protocol members visited our university’s stand, where they received detailed information about ongoing projects and international activities. Throughout the day, students and visitors were informed about Erasmus+ student and staff exchange programs, bilateral agreements, international collaborations, and Erasmus+ projects conducted under the supervision of Acting Secretary General Prof. Dr. Bertan Akyol, Prof. Dr. Murat Yılmaz, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Özen Ünal.
The event also featured a photography exhibition titled “Erasmus In One Word”, showcasing the Erasmus experiences of ADÜ students. The exhibition, which drew great attention, presented powerful images from different countries reflecting the Erasmus program’s key themes of cultural interaction, learning, and friendship.
Commenting on the event, Inst. Dr. Eda Yapıcı, Director of the International Office, expressed her satisfaction with the strong interest shown during Erasmus Days 2025. She emphasized that their goal is to further promote the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program, enabling more students and staff of Aydın Adnan Menderes University to benefit from educational and research opportunities across Europe.
